Worst sales team in the world. Ron Tonkin is hot garbage. Sold the car my sister was going to buy 10 min before we arrived. Also called in the morning in advance to tell them we were on our way. Gary in Internet does not know how to sell cars and can't even keep a car for less then a day to get a sale.

Initial interaction with salesman was not good at all. Thankfully, Gary O., stepped in to help us. He was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for. I have to say my vehicle came from Ram with some scratches from the assembly line under some black wrap they installed from the factory and Ram would not take care of there mistake, Dustin from Ron Tonkin got ahold of me and knew I was upset with the manufacturer so he said as a dealer they will take care of the issue, so I dropped the truck off and had a loaner car waiting for me and within 24hrs I got a call saying your truck is ready, I showed up not sure how it was going to look but to my surprise it was fixed flawlessly... read more
