Very dishonest service department. Did not preform all services that were paid for. Could not argue because parts where marked. Got upset when called out.

No communication and it took 3 weeks to get our truck fixed. New Service manager, promises it should get better. I hope so.
Understaffed, overworked and bordering on RUDE. Plus the service dept tries to sell unnecessary services, like replacing NEW cabin filters or oil flushes, when the manual does not recommend them. The power steering unit is different from other components in your car. It houses many parts including the power steering pump and power steering hose.
