I had already started the initial information online and knew exactly what vehicle I wanted. I had a ton of negative equity in my old vehicle and really didn't think I would be able to get the Journey crossover I wanted. Had some snafu's in the beginning, but in the end this dealership made it right. They have re-earned business from myself and family. Tristan is a heck of salesman, he's young but can get it done and is a tenacious young man that will stand up for his customers. Vlado the manager is a stand guy that apologized for previous mess ups, and made a two car deal happen.
Found our car on their website. Walked in and asked to see it. Andres Herrera, got our information and then the keys. Do your homework on how much you want to spend and what you need. If they have a car that matches you can test drive it! We got top dollar for our trade. We received cuddle customer care at the purchase time. Our car is wonderful and Ron Tonkin is and has been great to work with all 4 times we have bought from them.
