Recently went back to the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. First time began to hear a thud sound on front tire after service, took to Les Schwab who discovered the wheel hadn’t been properly tightened. They said it was lucky I didn’t lose the wheel! Decided to try again, thinking accidents happen. But, same issue this time. BIG safety issue. I would NOT take your cars here for service, I won’t be back! 😡
Our experience at Ron Tonkin Acura was excellent, our salesman Shawn was very nice and professional to work with. He knew everything about the vehicle really well he answered all our questions and even helped us pair our cell phones and set our seats to number one and number two. We were never pressured.
