Everything was done professionally and to my satisfaction .
I am always able to get in for any service quickly and easily. I am always greeted warmly. I just had my vehicle's 100k inspection and service. I worked with Darrel Honigberg who kept me informed on what my MDX needed and the cost before performing the service. I was provided with a beautiful loaner car and the whole process was seamless!! I purchased my last MDX at another dealership and they didn't even come close to the service that I have received at Ron Tonkin. I will definately purchase my next vehicle at Ton Tonkin!!

James in the service department is great! 5 star service! I arrive & was greeted. They had a loaner car available for me. I went in for a warranty issue & everything was taken care of. Everything went smooth. I also appreciate that they washed & vacuumed my SUV.

Ray Armstrong is the most patient and sincere man, and he helped us buy our ILX. He listened to what we needed, took us on the best and most informative test drive I've ever had, and even after the sale, he showed us all the features and taught us how to use the electronic interface. Wow! 5 stars!
