Very fast and efficient! They had the car ready for us to test drive as soon as we got there and they put together all the paperwork while we were out, talked over a few things and then signed and took her home! 😷

He was straightforward, not trying to hide the ball and was able to educate me on the quote I had received from another dealer and where some of the holes were.
