Very prompt and well organized
Everyone is very professional, from scheduling on up. **MRI has earphones with music. Yippee!!** While the parking at the Thousand Oaks office on Rolling Oaks was terrible for someone who has difficulty walking, I called from the parking lot to ask about using the adjacent hospital entrance. The person who answered wasn’t at that location but went the extra mile and checked and obtained explicit directions. I thanked her profusely, but she deserves a medal!!
Excellent experience for a pet scan
My mother needed xrays.. We got there right before lunch.. They weren’t sure they would be able to take her before lunch. I asked if there was anyway they could. My mother is 88 years old. It’s not easy getting her there. It ended up that they did take her! I was beyond grateful .. They were Amazing, kind; and thoughtful . Would definitely recommend and return for future imaging‼️

I made the appointment on the 2nd at about 9:30 am. That afternoon I got two voicemails to schedule the appointment. I called and told them I had made the appointment which was confirmed. Didn’t matter because I got I think four more voicemails to schedule. Wednesday I went over to confirm that I actually made the appointment which was confirmed. Later that day I got another voicemail. Today I got the CT scan as scheduled and had no problem with that.
Very professional and friendly.
