Donna was very professional, quick and explanatory, the whole experience was very quick and pleasant.
I used to love your place. But now it’s like a part-time job trying to make an appointment. It can take longer than 30 minutes. It’s just horrible whoever these people are. There are also much longer waiting times. Everyone I was waiting with in my gown today was complaining about the wait. And the making appointment difficulties. I don’t want to change facilities but I may have to. I do commend Shannon however for making a big push to get me in sooner than the three weeks that I initially got.
Everyone was very nice and once I got in the x-ray room was very quick. The only thing I didn’t like is you can’t make an appointment. Walk in basis only.
Staff was very professional as well as being friendly
All the ladies were polite and pleasant. My radiologist was delightful.
One of the very few offices I’ve been to where they are on time with their appointments. John, the tech, was wonderful.
My appointment was early Saturday morning. They were very kind, efficient and quick. It was a very pleasant experience.
