They could talk to the woman Rosa at the front desk to be nicer to clients. I came 5 minutes late as I could not find office and called from parking lot and I waited 5 minutes on phone just to get address & suite #. After 25 minutes, Rosa said I would have to reschedule to another day as I was 5 minutes late . I begged & she said they would try to fit me in. I had to wait almost another 2 hours. She kept saying you should not have been 5 minutes late over and over.

This is a nice location with easy parking. The building and location are beautiful. The waiting room is comfortable but I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. The office staff and technicians are kind and efficient.
