In town on vacation and my son says today he wants a haircut. Pulled up Google (of course!) and start searching. Found Roland’s and had a lot of good reviews. Called to see if could get in, on a Sunday no less, and scheduled for 2pm. Our Lyft driver got us there a little quicker than expected. While Roland quickly finished something, he got my son in his chair. Gave some great feedback and recommendations, especially if we come back down to Miami. Unprofessional as it gets. Doesnt follow instructions and does whatever. When in doubt he just tries to wing it instead of asking like any other barber. PS. The place was empty there was no rush. Go elsewhere specially since the price is so high.
