My car was dead in my garage last Thursday.. called Rogers service- they sent someone to my house, made sure I got to Service, got me back to work ,took care of the problem! Great service- such nice people!

I have bought 4 vehicles from Rogers. The customer service is good but I feel like I got taken advantage of this last time. I love the car I got but feel like I overpaid and was kind of scammed. I probably won't buy there again. Too bad because I always had such good experiences.

Talk about amazing customer service from every department including the salesman, and finance, to even after purchasing and going to service for oils changes! They make the process of purchasing a vehicle easy and they listen to you which is an absolute must. 5�����
We were refered to Rogers Toyota by our son several years ago. "They go out of there way to help" he said. "They treat you like family" he said. "They work hard to earn and keep your business" he said. We have purchased two Toyotas based on that recomendation and coulden't be happier. The entire process from start to finish has been A+!!!!! My husband and I recently went there to buy a new car. There were 4 salesmen there to greet us and all of them started laughing and making wise crack jokes about my husband's car assuming we were going to trade it in; which was not the case. We were both so turned off by their rude remarks we immediately left and ended up buying a new car from the Honda dealership just up the road.
