I've had good experiences until this last time. They tore apart my van, uninstalled my car seat, dumped my binder and threw papers around, moved all my seats, and didn't put anything back when they were done. It was being serviced while I was out of town, and when my ride picked me up, I had to reassemble my car in the dark. Unacceptable. At least move the seats back so the car seat will fit. What's sad, this place is still better than Pullman Toyota, even with this bad experience.
On August 18, my wife and I purchased a Mercedes - Benz SLK from Rogers Toyota. I initially texted and then spoke with David Bradley about the vehicle, and he was able to send us a video and complete description of the car. Everything looked good, but I have never purchased a vehicle without seeing it in person and I was a bit concerned. Very professional, ran into a slight issue with my car and the general manager called me on a Sunday to get everything figured out. No problems and the staff has a great attitude.
