I had a positive experience buying the car and despite receiving some poor customer service from the service department initially (Nov '15) the sales man that sold me the car more than made up for it. When he saw my originally negative review, he contacted me for more information on what happened, apologized, and personally oversaw scheduling it for an inspection on a different issue and making sure the process went smoothly. So my husband brought his truck in for routine oil change. He asked them to replace a light bulb. We picked truck up, to our surprise the light was still out. As we found out this evening. He paid for the light too. Kinda scary.

Love my new Toyota Camry!!! Never had better customer service in my life. Staff and Ryan were still there at 8:00 PM on Saturday night to show us all the options. I will be a customer for life. Rogers Toyota goes above and beyond. How many other car sales would tint your windows on Sunday and on the same day, trailer your car to you 2+ hours away!!!! You ROCK!
