My husband and I went there around opening of Black Friday this year. We were looking for a gold chain for my father in law. There was a lady helping a customer so I patiently waited. When the customer left, 2 more girls walked up and the employee didn't acknowledge that she was going to wait on me and asked the 2 other girls if they needed help. Sunday my husband and I went into Rogers to put money down on my ring. It was about halfway paid off. I asked to see my ring. Upon looking at it I noticed that it looked different but didn't say anything because I wanted to look at the pictures we took when I picked it. Turns out I was right. They had switched rings. My husband went back the next day to speak to them and they tried saying that I came in and switched the rings myself.
