I was looking on the Rogers website and found a ring that I absolutely fell in love with. I came in store and they told me they didn’t have it , but Brooks at the other end of the mall did. My husband and I came back together and purchased that night. The customer service was phenomenal. Everyone was very sweet and professional. They made our first transaction with them a very pleasing one , and we will return to them for all of our jewelry needs.
Devon and Bobbie at the Dyersburg store are the absolute best! I have received the best customer service even 2 years after the sale. I wouldn’t shop with anyone else!
Devon & Bobbie at the Dyersburg location are the absolute best at what they do! I won’t go anywhere else but to these two ladies! I drive an hour just to go here because of the great experiences we’ve had. We went in to replace my fiancé’s ring & upgrade mine and with their help my fairytale collection ring is absolutely beautiful and my fiancé found him the perfect ring to match.
