I NEVER do this but I am going to give a VERY NEGATIVE review of a local business. Below is a picture of my wife's diamond engagement ring that I bought for her before my last over seas deployment. David, first of all, we can not express how truly sorry we are for all the trouble you have had with your wife's ring. Princess cuts are only secured with 4 prongs which makes them more at risk for loss. However, we know that we repaired your ring and will take care of it for you! Please bring it to the Dyersburg, TN location, and we will be alerting the manager that you are coming and will make sure this gets handled appropriately.
Sweet people that work in the Dyersburg store, but very disgusted with quality and craftmanship....
My husband and I had a wonderful experience sale wise. But less then 60 days later I wake up to my center diamond missing on a $3000 ring! Yes, I had insurance which saved us, but the issue is that instead of giving us one from the store or another Rogers less then 30 mins away, they are ordering a new one. That would be fine, but I have pictures and need my ring for them! They said its going to take 2 weeks to get a new ring! This is ridiculous!
Shirley was EXCELLENT help with re-sizing my mom's rings. We were so impressed I got a new Citizen watch too for my Christmas present!!! Thanks Shirley!!!
