Stopped in @Dyersburg Tn to see about repairing my engagement ring and Jade suggested that I come in for the restyle event. I am SO happy that she set me up with that. I am over the moon with my improved wedding set. She was fantastic throughout the whole thing. I will definitely be back.
I live in Dyersburg,Tn. And visit the mall quite often. So we were killing time to go eat at Applebee’s. So me and my gf decided to drop by Rogers to browse. Ms.Jade greeted us immediately and offered us help. I explained we were browsing and she helped us browse and look at all kinds of jewelry. She showed us this one item that has had my gf thinking about it since. So I believe she won my gf over with her customer service. So great job! As long as she’s happy to go there I’m happy enough to shop there! Thank you again!

Devin and Bobbie are always helpful and friendly. Anytime we visit the store they are always knowledgeable about the jewelry. Very professional and trustworthy. I always enjoying seeing them and doing business with them. They make spending money a pleasure. They care for their customers with excellent service. They make you feel like part of the family.
