My friends jumbo wings weren’t jumbo, my fries chicken sandwich didn’t come in buffalo sauce like I asked, never got my side of ranch, chicken sandwich was dry. No one at my table really ate their food. Plus they added gratuity for 4 ppl
The service is top notch as the staff are professional, courteous and friendly! The food came out fresh and tasty! I'll be back!
Had a blast, food was delicious and the DJ was on point. The extra entertainment of the older gentleman with the ripped pants dancing made the night even more exciting.
We we're there last night with reservations for 10 at 6:00 pm. We were seated and drink orders taken. It took longer than expected to get our drinks. Server was nice but not very attentive. We got our meals at 7:48! One in our group who had ordered a salad, didn't get it. We had to go seek out a manager to get her meal. She didn't check on us like she should have. She never came back to see if we wanted desert. We had to go get the same manager to get our bill. The food was good and the band was good.
Great food,atmosphere, and service!! The band performed name Evolution Sound and they showed out GREAT PERFORMANCE!!!This was my first time in restaurant was celebrating a girlfriend birthday!! I will be returning.
I had my mothers gathering there last week and lets say the service was horrible. The manager was the worst soo nonchalant and had the worse customer service I have ever seen from a manager. Definitely will not return there for another gathering.
Never in my life have I experienced such poor service and lack of proper management. I went this evening with a small group of people and to say our service was poor is a serious understatement. Our waitress ignored us half of the evening and took over an HOUR to get our checks to us. Her excuse is that she was never told how to split them but when we asked for the checks that information was provided to her.
