The entire process was painless and fairly fast. 4th vehicle I've purchased from Earnhardt. First one from Rodeo.
I have taken my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee there Twice. They did a great job and the employees are outstanding!! I recommend this Dealership to anyone who needs vehicle service or if you are looking to buy a new vehicle!
We took our 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee into Rodeo for service for the first time last week. We couldn't be more pleased with the outstanding service and the friendly service team, but most importantly our service writer, Kayli! She was very professional and knowledgeable. Took my 2015 Jeep for service (oil change) during the oil change the hose going into the air filter broke off but it was just like that? $323 to replace? This Jeep has always been serviced at Jeep/ Dodge things like this just don’t wear and break!😡 i realize it was most likely an accident but admit it don’t say a 5 year old car piece just wear & break off Very upset

I like this dealership from sales to service better than any other place I have purchased. It feels more like a small, home town type place where you are cared for as a person, not just another number. I highly recommend their service department as well as the sales.
