Joseph Wilson is a no BS salesman who cares more about getting you the best deal in the right vehicle for you than making a quick buck. the whole staff is friendly and attentive to you and your needs. They fight to get you the best deal on a loan and don't waste your time if the offer is out of your range. this is my second time dealing with Joseph and an Earnhardt dealership, and I will definitely be a customer for life.
We just purchased our fourth vehicle from this dealer. Each experience has been both professional and efficient. The employees work as a team and help facilitate all aspects of the purchase seamlessly. Our salesperson, Roxana Tokarski is amazing - so friendly and helpful!

Initially I did recommend, John was great and when we brought vehicle back for same issue of AC blowing hot in 5 Days he was still great but when they wanted to charge me $2200 on top of the $2,185 I already paid my feelings changed and now 4 days after they fixed their error, it is blowing hot again. I’m just sad this is my daughter car and thought the issue would be corrected

Initially, we replaced the A/C components on her high mileage vehicle and advised you at the time of diagnosis that due to mileage, the system will go to the next weakest point of failure.
