I am really dissatisfied with the service department. I have a very stressful situation going on with my truck and it has already been diagnosed. I am trying to get the truck back into the dealer so that it can be fixed now. I can't get anyone to respond to me and I have been waiting 2 days. I asked if any of the service advisers could help me and everyone is apparently super booked and too busy. If I can't get a response in a few days I am going to take my vehicle elsewhere.
