RecommendedI needed acute care today and was very pleased they could see me on the same day I called. They were very sympathetic to my situation and the intake process as a new patient flowed nicely. I also appreciated the explanations along the way. Also pleased they accept my ISU health insurance.
Started as a walk in, now I'm regularly going.
They got my back in place without making it a painful experience in the process. Their business hours work great with my schedule. And even open on Saturdays, which makes it even easier to get in for an adjustment.
Can't wait to come in for another adjustment. Such wonderful staff, I always leave feeling much better. Thanks for all the hard work!
The staff are so warm & welcoming. I've been treated by Dr. Ben for my chronic pain, he is so gentle & concerned about my condition. Acupuncture is my newest vice! It's AMAZING ❣ Very affordable to have such great care & wonderful people in my life 🤗
I initially had an billing issue with the office. They have since personally called me and made it right. They treated me kindly this time with respect and made the situation right with me. the doctor I saw was very good at explaining my injury. he was able to access my x-ray and show me where the injury was and how that contributed to the pain in my head and neck. I am utterly shocked at how I was treated here. reviews and my doctor highly recommended them. I came here on a recommendation from my doctor following a car accident I was in where I had gotten whiplash. I looked up the website and all policies and paperwork but decided to continue with pt. before scheduling here. Wow! What a great Chiropractic office. I feel so welcomed each time as the young ladies at the desk greet me by name. They are all so caring and calm.... listening to the needs of the patient. Dr. Brady is amazing. Each visit he asks many questions and I leave relaxed and pain free. Everyone deserves a 10☆
