So this is an update, for some reason my last review is not posted. Idk what happened but I have been fighting for my security deposit for weeks. I was told through numerous paper and email trails that I would be given my full security deposit back. I finally received the check and like I expected (because these people are scammers,) the check was short. So update: I’ve left a review on this page before but can no longer find it public. For months now, I have been fighting for the remainder of my security deposit. I was given signed paper work as well as have multiple emails confirming I would receive the amount. The check for the security deposit finally came and it was short, this was because of numerous bogus charges they had on my account. These properties are headed toward section 8!! They don't take care of anything on the property! The pool remained filled to the top with green algae water all summer! the grass was not cut for more than half the summer! when I asked the maintenance man what was going on, he said they will not pay for the parts to repair the pool & they will not pay the contractors that keep up the property & that he would be quitting soon! it's almost December btw and the pool is STILL GREEN only now its frozen! the management changes liter... read more

We contacted a pool servicing company in the beginning of the season who was able to tell us that we had an underground leak in the chlorination system which didn't allow it to property circulate the water. WARNING: DO NOT RENT FROM A PROPERTY OWNED BY ROCO. One star is too good for these people. Roco is in the customer service business and what a shame that they are dealing with peoples lives. They only care about $$. I have lived at Stone Lodge in Columbus OH and I have been completely scammed since they took over. What really bothers me is that you (ROCO) all are living high on the hog while us back here in Mishawaka Indiana at Edison Pointe Apartments have to live in run down apartments, that they charge the price you would charge for a luxury apartment. Two properties in Lansing MI, owned by Roco are in total disrepair with management and maintenance staff, either, non-existent or completely inept of performing any serious mainyenge complaints and repairs. Examples... On August 21, at 5:25 p.m. I received a call from my next door neighbor at work that my apartment was effected by a flooding that took place from the apt above me. I immediately called the apt office at 5:34 p.m. to ask what happened and why haven't anyone from management informed me about the horrific matter. Northlake Village Apartments Lima Ohio: Upon searching for lodging for our 16 month assignment in Lima, we found 2 complexes that looked suitable for my expectation (pool, clean, location, pets accommodations, updated living). However, the choice property did not allow more than 1 pet. We have 2 dogs that travel with us so North Lake Village was the only option. The pool was a huge selling point.
