Great experience with the Doctor caring for my son, but office staff is rude and unprofessional, due to circumstances out of our control and their archaic technology - wait time was long. Office staff was not accommodating and was rude. When adult waiting with my son needed a Kleenex he was told NO they are available for patients only (a Kleenex we are talking about one Kleenex). Very frustrating when you have good doctors but rude staff. Would not recommend

They worked us in, in less than a week. The staff was friendly and efficient. Doctor was awesome, she took the time to talk and LISTEN to my 14.5 yr old about the pain. Sent us for an MRI then we will talk again.
