All the staff are wonderful and it is one of the best hospitals in the area

My daughter Ernadene had surgery and it was fine the staff was nice. They where nice it was all going well until we tried talking to Social worker. She wouldn't listen to anything we had to say and releasing information about my daughters health to other organizations without me signing a release form. Then the secruity guard followed us not saying why so I turned around and ask him why are you following us. Then he was ruded and made my husband and I upset. Dr. Kay is an Amazing Doctor!! she was confident when doing our daughters surgery and personally checked on us afterwards. she made sure our daughter was okay, AND made sure mom and dad were okay and not worried. her bedside manner is incredible. she treated us like family and made a scary situation so much better!! Thank you so much Dr. Kay for helping our 4 year old daughter!! - The Duran's.
The PICU team has been phenomenal with our son. They truly care, and made us feel very comfortable and taken care of. In the future, we will be coming back here if anything major ever happens with our kids. (Of course, fingers crossed nothing does ��). They really go above and beyond.
