I had my c-section at north suburban last week, and I can't say enough how wonderful everyone was! Everyone on staff was so friendly and helpful, and made my husband and I feel at home. I received great care and education on how to care for our first baby. The nursing staff was so great, especially the two night nurses that cared for baby and I, they were absolute rockstars! thank you again for a great experience.
Visited the ER when my son broke his nose during a baseball game. The nurses and physicians were wonderful. Hospital was clean. They were attentive and answered all our questions before we left
The Skyridge ER Docs and radiologist missed a pelvic and then, a month later, a hip fracture on my 86-year old mother. She did two weeks of rehab with a broken hip. Ortho surgeon suggested we contact patient advocate -- no return call. Go to another ER to get a correct diagnosis.
they care more about the crazy people that come in and not the people that are actually in pain and need help. They said they would give pain meds and never gave them to me.

Dr. Jeffery James did my surgery. I traveled from Durango Colorado. The entire experience was so easy and comforting. I was extremely scared and the staff was amazing. They care so much about their patients and the comfort of their patients. Attention they gave to me; you would think that you were the only patient there. I was brought back over an hour ago. They couldn’t get the BP to work on the machine and put me in a room to get a manual BP. 56 minutes later my elevated BP still has not been checked. I’m still in the room!

whoever the on call doctor in the ER this morning is needs to have his license to practice medicine revoked. I've never been spoken to more rudely or treated like subhuman trash the way this man treated me.
