Great experience!!!
I can't even begin to praise the staff there enough. The staff was kind, caring and sympathetic. Even having to deal with the finance department was pleasant. I could go on and on. The week I spent there was by far the worst week of my life. It was nerve racking, scary and filled with uncertainty as the staff worked their butts off trying to figure why my niece/God daughter would stop breathing ( my sister was in Nebraska hospitalized herself from complications) but I can honestly say that what helped me thru was the way the... read more
I had to take my four month old son there Monday; they were very sweet to him and us. They were patience and very kind. Having to travel a hour away was worth it for the great experience.
Our daughter had a rare case of cardiomyopathy. She was in the level 4 NICU and the graduate NICU for 12 days. If it weren’t for the excellent medical professionals and staff at this hospital, I don’t think our daughter Ava would have recovered so quickly. Dr. Horst and the nurses who took care of Ava were very helpful at providing updates and making sure Ava received the best care during her time of recovery. I visited a new mom and her son in NICU and the nurses and staff were INCREDIBLE! they have been caring for this baby boy born at 26 weeks, and he's almost 3 pounds and almost 8 weeks old!!! THANK YOU!
Our daughter was born 5 weeks early. She has been in the NICU for three weeks now. Every single person to give her care has been phenomenal. We have felt like family and that the nurses genuinely care for her and us. All of our needs were met and she has turned into a better and healthy baby. I love being able to call 24/7 and get updates and I was so happy to be able to use their room in service and stay the night with my girl. We are so pleased and in love
Not a place I wish for anyone to have to go. But if it's necessary, this is the best place for your child. You will find answers, and be treated with care and kindness. My daughter had a medical emergency and they were able to help so much. Highly recommended.
From the surgeons to the cleaning staff, they are awesome.. words are not enough to say how thankful my family is, for all That Rocky Mountain Hospital has done for us.
