EXTREMELY pleased with our first appointment. I’m not sure if it’s always like this, but before my mom could even sit down, they were calling her back. Even if it’s a little wait on a normal basis, it’s worth it. We are a new patient and my mom’s case is a little complex. Dr. Sridhar is the greatest!! He cares about all his patients. Nurse Michelle Lamm is on point with returning phone calls and giving great care Shannon Richardson makes sure she wastes no time getting your vital signs with a smile.
Second visit to RMU. Dr Cowder and crew were friendly, patient, and professional. I was in for a biopsy today and it couldn't have gone smoother! Well done.
