Rockwell saved us! We had a pipe break, and their advanced equipment allowed them to locate the problem in one wall cut! They worked with our insurance company, explained every step of the process, and did the job (repair, drying, and restoration) perfectly. In fact, I learned that their principal is a licensed insurance adjuster and contractor. I ended up hiring them to assist me with a partial remodel after they repaired the damaged area. Jim Mansfield and his crew (shout out to Adam) were top notch!!!!
Rockwell recently installed new flooring in my home. They did an incredible job. On schedule, on budget, great employees. They really care about their customers and we would highly recommend their services. Thank you especially to Jim, Chris, and Juan.
Rockwell was quick to respond to our disaster, they were able to start the same day they got the call. They did a great job on our kitchen, it looks really good. The reason for 3 stars is because there was a lack of communication a lot of the time, we never knew when they'd be back, what time they were planning on coming or if they were coming that day. The staff at Rockwell Disaster Cleanup where amazing when it seemed like my life was turned upside down when our basement was flooded do to my own negligence. I will always remember the statement when I was clearing out bedroom furniture and I felt bad they were helping me. I told them this part wasn't their problem. This is what happened next; I heard, "well that's where you are wrong. It is now". I knew I would be in good hands!
