Absolutely horrible experience. I refuse to use this office ever again. After being told by my dentist that this office would give me a free consultation to have my wisdom teeth removed, I decided to schedule an appointment. I called over a week ago and scheduled an appointment for Thursday, July 13 at 3:00PM. On that call, I talked to Lisa who confirmed that it would be a FREE consultation. Dr. Pollack and his staff have been wonderful! Me and my son have both had work done and both times have been so easy. We dreaded our surgeries with great anxiety but they make it so easy! I appreciate their kindness and follow through after the procedures. Job well done!

worst experience i ever had with a dentist while having oral surgery by dr martinez i was disrepected at one point in the middle of surgery was told he didn't have all day. well i don't all day i will never go back so just beware. today he was just as sweet as he could be to late now.

I received excellent care from Dr. Martinez and his staff in the Sulphur Springs location but first met him in Rockwall. Upon my first visit, I was told my insurance would not pay ANYTHING for the procedure and I was to come up with 1300+ for the procedure the week before Christmas. The insurance was filed and the insurance company paid right at 80% of the procedure about 1 month after my procedure. I have been asking for my refund of the amount the insurance paid and all I get is the run around from the billing staff. $1000... read more

I needed a painful broken molar removed and i was terrified. Dr Parekh squeezed me in to his already full schedule so i didn't have to wait days or weeks. He was respectful regarding my concerns about sedation and was sympathetic to my anxiety about the whole procedure. Everyone was super kind. The procedure was over in the blink of an eye, and i woke up feeling just fine without any kind of medication "hangover". I am an Oral Surgeon and recently had one my front teeth to fracture. I have worked with Dr Pollock and Dr Parekh and knew their quality work. I saw Dr Pollock early Friday morning. He worked me into his busy schedule and removed my tooth and placed an implant. How can the doctors make the decision on whether you smoke or not. Wasted my day off cause they won't do implants on smokers. If my my heart doctors told me that I probably would be dead. Will not recommend to anyone to go here.
