Beautiful work, great customer service.
We shopped for granite in Grand Rapids at 4 different places but found the most beautiful slabs at Rock Solid. Kerri was super professional and helpful. She treated us as valued customers and spent an hour with us laying out our templates on the slabs to ensure all our favorite pieces of the stone would be used. Fabrication and installation were excellent. The Rock Solid team did a careful job on the tear out and a perfect job on installing our new countertops. Our kitchen is totally transformed.!! We highly recommend them. ... read more

The installers were also friendly, efficient, answered my questions and gave care instructions. They even made a return trip to check out a question I had after install. I would recommend this team to anyone looking for a new look for a room! Thank you, Rock Solid! Still need to finish our part (faucet and back splash but this is so amazing after having 4 inch tile and stained grout. I love it!
Kerri was wonderful! She made the entire process simple and easy. Would definitely recommend!

On top of the incredible craftsmanship, their customer service was exceptional. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. It'... read more
