Rock Rentals is a great company to rent from! I wish you guys had an upstate New York office we could rent from now that we've moved!
Rock Rentals is by far the BEST rental management company to rent from. Work orders were addressed/repaired quickly. They are friendly and we LOVED all the homemade goodies they brought us with each inspection. All the staff are helpful and wonderful people. They couldn't have treated us any better. I highly recommend them!
Anytime I've had issues they are quick to respond. When I had a water heater problem on a weekend, I was taken care of immediately. They make sure to take care of their properties very well.
When people with big family that try to rent they will not rent to you I have been trying to get in there places but will not rent to me because I have too big of a family
Shane is honest and cares he treated us perfect. Zero complaints and if I hadn't bought a house I'd still be living in one of his properties
