They are the best!! Rented from them for 3 years, if I ever needed something fixed they came right away, I never had to worry. During the 6 month filter change they will leave you an amazing baked good as well, it’s the little things and most landlords wouldn’t ever do that. Highly recommend! Thanks for everything, it’s in the name they truly ROCK!
I had a quick move in and was from out of town and they helped me even tho I could t be there in person. The house was so we'll maintained and clean. If I had any issues, they fixed it immediately after I put in maintenance requests. When I had to terminate my lease, I was informed of the proper way to do it, was able to leave with no hassles or issues, and they worked with me the best that they could since I had to leave so quickly. Do not recommend the at all very bad service and unprofessional they are turning me and my roommates into collections for a so called fee over 6 months ago and this is the first time contacting us and it was via text message no letter email or call has been made about the matter until 6 months later
The best company I've ever rented from. If you're on the fence about renting with them call. There isn't a single person there that isn't helpful. Look forward to renting for our third year. 🏡 They're flexible, honest, and they always call first before showing up.
We did a tour with Rock Rentals tours today of Marco Island! Jason was wonderful he kept our interest and we learned a lot about the island! My 9 year old said she loved it and learned a lot! I would highly recommend Rock Rentals the tour was awesome as was Jason!
We have had nothing but good experiences with this rental company, they’re houses were clean when showed to us, and they have be quick to accommodate anything we wanted or needed done, our rental manager Daniel is also very nice and helpful!
