As an owner of one of their properties, It was a very costly experience.
Easy to work with from the first showing/start of the application all the way through final walk through/end of contract. Prompt to respond to requests. Rock Rentals treats you as a person as they work to find the right fit, not a dollar amount. Bonus-they leave delicious homemade goods after each inspection!
Wonderful company to rent from in regards to awesome management, maintenance, etc.. Very easy to work with and most of the home owners are very willing to negotiate certain details. BUT very high priced for most of the locations. Partridge and Arlington are two very small towns with a lot of low income families looking for decent priced homes in decent condition. Although they got the decent condition part covered, the prices are just too high I feel. Overall great company though!
I've never rented from Rock Rentals, but as a contractor that does work for them, I'm impressed with their integrity and desire to get the job done right! They care about their tenants and properties.
