Had a small heart procedure, everyone from the girl checking me in to the nurse's in the holding area, Cath Lab, anestologist and especially Dr. Natarajin were terrific. Even though it was a pretty simple procedure they treated me like it was major surgery. Been a patient several times and never had a bad experience.
I thought that they were very good when they took care of my friends before he passed. Thank you
I'm not one of those people who see tons of patients in the emergency room and expect to be taken ahead of all of them or to be looked at quickly. I have been there enough times to know they will do their best to see you as soon as possible. The nurse (Wayne) was extremely kind and right on top of things. I feel they took great care of my son and have no complaints.
These people work very hard and do well together. The most remarkable thing I noticed was that I noticed nothing remarkable. Thr staff kept consistently level-headed and handled patient after patient. There wasn't any yelling and very low stress. This made me feel like they're very good at what they do and I was in safe hands. Nice hospital.
They had me in and out in under an hour and actually did something for me. Wish the ambulance brought us here 3 weeks ago! Thanks gates ambulance for screwing that one up! Way better than strong. Only negative the receptionist was rude
I had surgery 4 days ago and to be honest I had a very good team of nurses and pct. I will push for the light and they will answer quickly. Thanks y'all :)
My boyfriend was shot bad a couple days ago.. & I can honestly say... Rochester General hospital is doing a wonderful job..
