Had my gallbladder removed yesterday laposcopic and was released same day. Everyone from check in to check out was caring and responsive to my needs. This was my first experience with RGH and will most likely be my perfered hospital of choice going forward. Thank you for taking such good care of me at my most vulnerable time!
I went in Saturday and left Monday on the fifth floor I never seen the doctor only the nurses even though I was only in observation I didn't even know I was getting discharged until the nurse came and told me SUNDAY night the elderly man cursing at them cause he had been there for three hours with no medication they called security it's sad STRONG FROM NOW ON!!
Everyone is very nice,helpful & thoughtful.thank you for your service when we are in need & lost.God Continue to Bless everyone & most specially the caring doctors who in thier miraculous hands we depend.God Bless you all.����
It's really bad that they don't talk to anybody and they really suck about giving information to the patient. How do you not tell them what is going on. Example you can't eat your NPO don't know if your going for surgery or not. Have you sedated for a procedure when it's done put you back in your room and you get up to go to the bathroom cause nobody told you to ring the bell to get up and a bed alarm goes off. Think they need to speak a lot more! Mad that that had my mother NPO for almost a complete 24 hours!
