Very positive and knowledgeable staff. They will help you find exactly what you need. The mechanics in the back are bike magicians and they get the work done very quickly.
Ride global but shop local. RBS offers the best bike service in Rochester by far. My wife and I leave this week on a 1100 mi self contained tour and I had Zack upgrade the components on our bikes. Awesome attention to detail and quick turnaround. I do not trust anyone more than Zack to deliver what I need. Many thanks to Zack and the rest of the RBS staff
