I've done lots of business with this shop from parts, and repairs to my recent purchase of a Roscoe 8. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. they usually have everything I need and if they don't they can get it for me. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the Rochester area.

Dropped in mid ride because my wife’s rear wheel free hub/axle on her Ibis Hakaluggi was ceasing up due to unique problem. RBS jumped in deep and pulled the whole rear hub apart and after some troubleshooting, fixed a burred flange while I waited. Bike is back in business and the cost for repair was ultra reasonable. I expected 5x the cost. And it all came with friendly service. Thanks RBS!! I’d come here again when in MI.

Good service, knowledgable staff. Tanner has some patiences as my father was riding the bikes thru the store. Will be back when we need another bike or gear.
