Rear derailleur failed on my 3 month old Trek. Dropped off the bike for warranty work however Trek denied the warranty (due to most likely machanical issue not factory issue). Because my bike was somewhat new Rochester Bike Shop disagreed with Trek decision and they replaced my derailleur at their expense and free to me. Very unexpected and surprising - thank you! Nobody can beat this type of customer service. I will be back with more business!
Michelle and Zach are top notch owners. Been a customer since they were in the old shop across the street. We would stop in the winter just to warm up.
Just dropped off my ElliptiGO Bike at RBS for some much needed service work here in Rochester. So happy that there is a bike shop here in my hometown that is not only willing to work with me but makes me feel welcomed. Looking forward to a long relationship with RBS as well as logging plenty of miles On The GO!
Zach is the best mechanic around and Michele always can get you anything you need.
These guys and gals are the best! They are Fox certified, so they can rebuild Fox forks on site. They also do a bang up job in Rock Shox forks, too. I've had them do one of each! Super friendly and knowledgeable.
