I HATE HATE HATE the dentist, but I feel calm and well cared for here. They are nice and very skilled.
I have been a patient of Dr. Hackley for 15 years. Because of the excellent service by the staff and excellent care from Dr. Hackley, I got my Mother to switch, a move she is glad she made. In addition, my Daughter (who is now 23) and away in Florida attending school, will only go see Dr. Hackley. Her dentist since she was 8 years old!
The treatment I received both cleaning and filling was super. Veronica, the hygenist who did cleaning and the dentist who did filling, did an excellent job. Thank you ladies!

No one enjoys having teeth being drilled, but the staff here do there best to minimize the ouch factor.
It had been 10 years since visiting the dentist, when I walked in to Dr. Rochelle Hackley's office... my fears of the dentist had kept me away. Now I don't know why I waited so long because Dr. Hackley's staff treated me with respect, understanding, and professional courtesy. So much so as to put my mind at ease and allow myself to get the treatment I needed. I am actually looking forward to my next visit.
I thought the experience was good. All those who I met were friendly & worked efficiently.
Expected a most uncomfortable morning with a much overdue cleaning. It wasn't pain free, but close. Hygienist was very good, and quick to accommodate to my indication of a sensitive point. And she didn't lecture.
I always have a good experience in Dr. Hackley's office. I appreciate the care and attention that I'm given during my appointment. Rhonda is always courteous and knowledgeable about my insurance coverage and my account. All the staff is polite and professional. Thank you for an enjoyable dental experience!
Dr. Hackely's office has to be one of the best I've been to- across multiple states. I had to have a root canal and was TERRIFIED. Her staff was kind, attentive, efficient and put me at ease. They were also upfront on costs and finance options. I love going any doctor's office where professionalism and personability is at the forefront.
