Very Prompt. Good service.
I am always treated professionally and curteously.From my last three visits it appears that the long wait times are not occurring anymore. There use to be a problem with this.I still do not understand you billing system. The charges are sometimes confusing.
The service was excellent and the office atmosphere was very courteous and kind.

Excellent care as usual. A remarkable team, with an excellent leader. Not interested in your dental health problem of the day but your overall dental health.Comfortable office - serves cookies, provides toothpaste and brushes and even a massage therapist and ecostatician. WOW! I can't even spell it but she has it.
Barbara's massage was wonderful. She is very skilled.
Very pleased with each staff member and the relaxed and thorough manner.
Very poor. I came in today for one filling. After taking further x-rays I was told I would need two fillings. After I was under sedation I was told I would need a crown. There were no options given to me. I got a second opinion where a dentist recommended bonding to me which is less intrusive than having a crown inserted. It also costs less. I wish to discuss my options with Dr. Hackley on Monday December 10.
