Once the sedation got underway, I didn't feel a thing while the work was happening, so in my book that's pretty much a perfect visit.
Andrea is a GEM. Don't ever lose her. Everyone in the office - from front desk - to Dr. Hackley - is friendly, efficient, professional and fun.
Outstanding as always.I have been seeing Dr. Hackley for myself and my family members for over 10 years. She is a great professor, a great clinician and a great friend.
They were willing to adjust their schedules to accommodate my need for unexpected dental work (filling instead of just a cleaning) and I appreciate it greatly. Everyone there is always so cheerful and understanding of those of us who are phobic of dentists and/or needles.
I found my experience was above anything i expected because the staff was kind, polite and very sensitive to my needs -especailly Dr. Hackley. Look forward to seeing you on my next appointment.
Cleaning was great. Too many emails and text messages. Have asked multiple times to stop but keep getting them!

The customer service that I receive when I visit Rochelle E. Hackley DDS office is always great. Everyone always go out of their way to make me feel like I am their number one customer. This is from the front office to the Dental staff. The same service is given to my wife and kids as well. Keep up the good work!
