Although my procedure took 5 hours, Dr. Hackley and her team were very professional and made sure I was comfortable and well informed through out the procedure.
Dr. Rochelle Hackley and staff are superb. It feels like you are at a luxury spa but you are at the dentist. I have been coming to Dr. Hackley's office for over 12 years when she started off in an office in an apt building, then a luxury location in White Flint Mall. I had to have a crown put on a broken tooth on an emergency basis. I got a quick appointment and was taken care of extremely professionally. And it was surprisingly painless! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
I have never enjoyed going to the dentist, but Dr. Hackley's practice as almost a pleasure. All the support and professional staff are attentive to my needs. They all seem to enjoy their work.

Everyone was so helpful and obliging. I had to bring my 4 month old twins to my appointment and the staff went above and beyond to ensure their comfort while I received my check up. I would never make bringing them a habit, but they accommodated my inconvenience with kindness.
The staff was pleasant and apologized for the tardiness. My appt was for 10 and I was taken around 10:15.. There was an emergency before. During my procedure the staff was pleasant. I would like to suggest that there be a lavendar scented mask to place on the client. I didn't need any meds for my procedure but I tried to close my eyes while they were working on me.
What a great experience!!!!! Everyone in the office was very professional and very friendly. I will like to say especial thanks to Mrs. Gupta (hygienist) She is great and easy to talk. I will recommend for all my friends and family.
Dr. Hackley and staff are wonderful. They made me feel right at home from the time that I came in until I left. This was my second crown with Dr. Hackley and she impressed me each time. My post operative pain was minimal - big difference from the past.
