Dr. Hackley is an excellent dentist who is well versed and knowledgeable in so many areas. You can tell that she enjoys her work and she is extremely caring- Her confidence in her ability shows though her work and this made me feel so at ease during my visit. In addition, her office staff were kind, friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a dentist, she is the one!
Dr. Hackley and her employees provide consistant, top-notch service. I am afraid of needles and they constantly make me feel comfortable and keep pain from low to non existence. They also are extremely friendly and converse with you as if you are part of the family. In addition, they are also extremely knowledgeable about dentistry and give you the best advice for not just your oral health but also for your overall health as it relates to oral health. I will continue to recommend my friends and family to Dr. Hackley:)!
For the amount of work done on my mouth Tuesday morning, I amvery pleased! Everything was on time, from the time I arrived andbecame their patient til the end. Nicely, my pain was minimal andI was able to enjoy the rest of the day.
I was nervous as always about the scaling, but my hygenist Meeta made it so comfortable for me. She even played my favorite music so I could relax. She took her time and she was careful. I would not go anywhere else.

The office was very disorganized. They did not check the email with the new insurance information I sent in November. One guy thought he needed to do the impressions, even though they did the impressions in October last year. Then I waited again. The whole visit is just to pay $2500, nothing was done during it. I spent almost an hour in the office.
I called the day of and Dr. Hackley was able to fit me in and provide the services I needed. Sometimes when Doctor's "fit you in" they make you feel like a burden or make you wait for long periods. This visit was the same as if I had the appointment 2 weeks in advance. Everyone was pleasant as always.
