I've never been more disappointed the stylist Luis on 2/6, for a cut and highlights. I don’t know if this guy is on drugs, but I do know he has a MAJOR listening problem. I have never in all of my years had a stylist completely ignore me. I was so disgusted by the color he turned my hair I left in the middle of my cut I couldn’t be around him for another moment.
