ATTENTION REAL ESTATE INVESTORS: The above A+ rating with the BBB is because they are under a different name on BBB and very hard to find. Jackie Schafer and her family are shady to say the least. There is not enough space here to explain. Please check my Yelp and Google reviews.
This is by far the worst company I have EVER worked with. They have charged us hundreds of dollars in late fee's but we have never once been late paying our rent. The checks clear our account before they even show it as being dropped off. Jackie is by far the worst. Run far away, I don't care how much you think your saving by renting with them it's not worth a dime.
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! I would never suggest this company to anyone. The licensed agent and administrative assistant of staff there are highly unorganized, unbelievably rude, and have extremely low standards of customer service and overall business practices.
