Bought a 2014 Toyota Tundra. At the end of the deal was told it only had one key. They refused to get another one made for me. After I pleaded I was finally told they would pay for half- which was offensive since I just spent 30k at their dealership. Also on the way home to Monroe, I noticed there were NO FLOOR MATS. Still waiting on those- was told they would get them for me. Nice people, but for sure the first time i've ever purchased a vehicle with only one key and no floor mats.
Over the years I have nothing but bad service from the service department. I try not to bring our vehicles there. And after this last episode I'll never return.

I went to the Quick Lane to get my oil changed. I was second in the parking lot and was there about 20 minutes before they opened. A few other customers showed up right as the doors were opening and proceeded to jump to the front of the line with no consideration as to who had been there, putting me fifth in line. The customer service I received in the service department was beyond what I had experienced at two other auto service locations recently. The young lady that helped me was quick to help, courteous and professional, and she made sure the services were done quickly while I waited.
