Hector and Joe at Robinson Brothers Ford in Baton Rouge were great. We recently just purchased a Ford 150 from them and they took great care of us. I highly recommend them and will always shop at Robinson Brothers from here on out.
I was told I would have to go without a car for 5 days because they are behind to get a recall repaired. Our car is less than 2 years old less than 40000 and the transmission is having problems still under warranty and has a recall. No service after the sale well I can guarantee this is the last ford we buy from Robinson brothers ford due to the policy I have to drop my car off and wait 5 days so it will be in line. Any one looking to buy a ford here please take 5 minutes and talk to the service department before you decide
My husband and I purchased a 2017 Lincoln MKZ today. What a wonderful place to do business; everyone is so friendly and my salesperson, Anthony Biagas was super knowledgeable and super fun to work with.
