I wouldn't even give the one star if it was an option! Sitting in the lot, preparing to drive off without having purchased or even sat inside a car! 3 employees outside, one was with a customer. No one bothered to say that someone would be with me soon. Went inside to find the desk vacant. Stood around and looked at the MKX on display. I purchased my Lincoln MKC 11 months ago and have enjoyed the smooth ride and good gas mileage. John Fabre helped that day to get the best deal with excellent service. Every time I bring my vehicle in to be serviced he will check on me to make sure I'm satisfied with the service.
