Horrible experience from Day 5 of ownership until 8 months when I was finally able to discontinue all dealings with this dealership. The GM and SM were by far the most rude and incompetent individuals I have ever dealt with. Thank God for Lincoln black label CS and All Star Lincoln in Praireville!

I bought a lemon here. Not only was I left stranded on the road with my family less than 33 days after buying the truck Robinson Brothers refused to help me at all. I bought a ford truck that was supposed to have went through service before being sold but yet it still had sludge and corrosion in the diesel fuel system and was sold with no catalytic converter. I lost over $14,000.00 on the truck in less than 33 days and Robinson Brothers seems content with doing that to thier customers.
**This definitely needs to be posted! I recently purchased a 2016 Ford F-150 from Mr Anthony Biagas and Mr Dearman. Friday..My front tires started making a funny noise so I brought it to Jeremiah @ quicklane to be looked at.. The problem couldn't be solved there so I brought it over to service where Mr Ben took excellent care of me! All of these guys deserve more than a pat on the back for the work they do! I'm so very pleased with how they treated me!! I've never been treated so kindly! Thank Y'all so much!! ��
