I worked with Darren to buy a condo a few years ago. I enjoyed working with him, so when it came time to sell, he was my first call. Darren is helpful and knowledgeable. He gave suggestions on updates to make that weren't too expensive or time consuming, but would increase the asking price. He and his staff were dedicated in having multiple open houses. Darren was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about not only the areas but also a solid understanding of the houses we looked at. He made great recommendations for places to see, offers and counter-offers and never pressured me towards a certain house or company to use in the process. You're doing yourself a disservice if you don't seriously consider Darren for your realtor.
As a first-time homebuyer, I didn't know much about the process. Darren was extremely knowledgable and helped us every step of the way by breaking down all the steps and making it easy to understand.
